We are well known for our Korean style corn dogs, but also offer a variety of other menus that can be viewed from our menus page. We always serve stuffed brioche doughnuts, beignets, and sopapillas on the truck.

How many expected attendees? How many expected eaters?

How many other food trucks (if any) will be at the event? What are the names/menus (BBQ, tacos, sweet, etc.?)

Are you able to pay the minimum guarantee?

For most events we require a prepaid $800+tax minimum guarantee. With a decent crowd of eaters, we should easily meet that with our sales. Paying the minimum isn't a dealbreaker, but events willing to pay generally take precedence over those that don't.

Generator or plug in?

We typically run our generator to power the truck. However, if noise is an issue, we can plug into a 4-prong 220v 50a chord if one is provided.
